The WINGS Board of Directors is very pleased to announce that after an extensive search we have appointed Benjamin Bellegy as WINGS’ new Executive Director, starting October 1st, 2016.

Benjamin is a French national; he brings extensive experience in philanthropy and international cooperation, previously leading programs in the area of philanthropy, sustainable development and humanitarian aid in Fondation de France. Benjamin lived and worked in different parts of the world and speaks many languages, including Portuguese. We are confident that his enthusiasm and strategic vision will contribute to leading WINGS forward.

We welcome Benjamin to WINGS with great confidence and we count on your support as members, friends and partners, during this transition phase.

We would like to extend our warmest gratitude to Helena Monteiro who led WINGS for the last five years and transformed it into a sustainable institution with broad membership base and a unique role in supporting infrastructure for philanthropy globally. We hope that you will join us in wishing Helena all the very best in her new endeavors.
