The Center for Effective Philanthropy has just published an open letter to foundations. The letter addresses and makes the case for nonprofit infrastructure organizations and their crucial importance to helping foundations and nonprofits be as effective as they can be in their work.

The letter, signed by leaders of 22 infrastructure organizations in the US, advocates for foundation investment in this sector so as to help build a strong civil society capable of taking on the most pressing social issues of our time.
